  • Definition: Glory is the visible manifestation of God’s holiness, majesty, and presence. In the New Testament, it is often associated with the divine presence and the transformation of believers in Christ.
  • John 1:14: « The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. »
  • 2 Corinthians 4:6: « For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ. »
  • Explanation: The glory of God is a central theme, expressing both His transcendent nature and His intimate relationship with believers. In Christ, this glory is made accessible, promising future transformation for believers who will share in this glory.
